What's Up Wednesday

It's the last Wednesday of June (kinda hard to believe) so I'm linking up and bringing you a What's Up Wednesday!

I'm answering these questions:

What We're Eating this Week
A new recipe that will be up on the blog next week - Taco Mac and Cheese!  It was delicious and of course my girls LOVED it - they love anything made with pasta and cheese!  Other than that I'm eating lots and lots of New Jersey Blueberries!  Over the weekend I made my favorite Blueberry Coffee Cake and now I'm thinking about making these Lemon Blueberry Muffins

What I'm Reminiscing About
Being pregnant with Paisley!  WE announced last June that we were expecting baby #3, and now all of my pregnancy pics are showing up in my time hop!  I am thinking about how last year at this time I was 14 weeks pregnant, and now she is here and 6 months old!  It's crazy!

What I'm Loving
This amazing #girldad shirt that I designed for John as a Father's Day present!  John is such an amazing daddy to our three girls and he has really embraced the role of a girl dad!

What We've Been Up To
It's summersummersummertime!!!  So we've been doing a lot of this:

Sesame Place!

And a lot of this:
The Pool!

What I'm Dreading
NOTHING!  It feels so good to say that.  Yesterday Lacie had allergy testing, which is something I have been dreading since I made the appointment.  She is still very allergic to peanuts, which was clear as I watched her arm bubble up right in front of my eyes.  But she was a trooper - no tears or anything!  They praised her for being super brave!

What I'm Working On
Coming up with some new recipes for the blog!!!  It has been a busy six months since Paisley was born to say the least.  But now we're in a good sleep routine and I will have more time to blog and develop recipes!

What I'm Excited About
Two whole months of summer!!!  John just finished working both the middle school and high school graduations!  Which means I get him for two months!  He still has to work, but he will be home at a consistent time every day.  Something both the girls and I are excited about!  It's especially good for Blakely.  She's the most sensitive to John being gone when he has to work late...and sometimes her being upset about it manifests in the form of epic tantrums.  And when I say epic I mean crazy!

What I'm Watching/Reading
I am watching all of my favorite reality shows!  Real Housewives of the OC and Bachelorette!!!

What I'm Listening To
On Saturday Night, John and I watched a Backstreet Boys documentary on Netflix!!!  I hit play not really thinking anything of it, but we got really into it!  So now I've been playing a lot of old BSB - even though I always considered myself an 'NSync fan at heart!

What I'm Wearing
Bathing suits and really old Victoria's Secret Pink sweats and tees!  My summer style is not very exciting!

What I'm Doing This Weekend
This weekend is all about Lacie's Dance Recital!  She is performing on Saturday and Sunday!  I can't wait to watch my tiny dancer shine on stage - or just stand there and look cute in her beautiful costume!  Either way it will be perfect!

What I'm Looking Forward To Next Month
Making lots of baby food!  Now that Paisley is six months, she has been given the green light to eat everything!  I love putting together tastes and preparing new foods for my babies to try!  And Paisley is loving being a part of mealtime with her sisters!

What Else Is New
This cutie is six months old - how did that happen?!?!  She is on the verge of crawling and I can't wait to see how the dynamic changes once she really gets moving.  Right now Lacie and Blakely LOVE their little sister.  They are always bringing her toys and kissing her...but what will they do when she is able to get to their toys on her own?!?

What Are We Doing This July 4th?
We never make any big plans for the 4th - like going on vacation!  And the Jersey Shore is crazy at that time!  So we will either stay home and enjoy the pool or go to John's parents house for a BBQ - which is what we did last year!
