Mommy Mondays: Paisley Jean is 18 Months Old!

On June 11th, the baby turned one and a half!  It's crazy to think that Paisley is already eighteen months old, because to us she's the baby!  She will probably always be the baby, even when she's eighteen years old!

At 18 months Paisley does EVERYTHING!  And she will let you know that she can do it herself too!  She says more words than I can count! 

Paisley's 18 Month Stats

*Weight - 20 pounds, 10 ounces (20th percentile)

*Height - 31 inches (25th percentile)

Shots - only one!  Thank goodness! 

She HATED this visit to the doctors office.  She wanted no part of weighing, measuring, the stethoscope, and she definitely did not want that shot!  I am breathing a sigh of relief that we don't have to go back until she turns 2 in December!  

Mommy Mondays: Paisley Jean is 15 Months Old

This post was scheduled for last Monday, but the entire Hilosky Family was down with the stomach virus.  And it didn't hit everyone at once...it was slow...spanning many many days! 

Thank goodness we are all healthy at the moment! 

Now onto more important things...

My sweetest Paisley Jean turned 15 months old on March 11th! 

Paisley's 15 Month Stats:

20 pounds

29.5 inches

25th percentile 

We had her 15 month checkup a few days after and Paisley is hitting every milestone! 

Our pediatrician was especially impressed with Paisley's like of words (she says almost 50) and how she tries to repeat everything you say by imitating certain sounds!

A couple of days after turning 15 months we celebrated St. Paddy's Day!  Look at how big she is and how long her hair is!

Mommy Mondays: Paisley Jean's First Birthday Party

I already shared all about my sweetest girl turning ONE last month!  You can read those Mommy Mondays here and here!

Well, we decided to throw a little Brunch for her the Sunday after Christmas!  

We did it at 11am because Paisley is still taking a morning and an afternoon nap!  This is different for me because both Lacie and B dropped their morning naps well before their first birthday! 

We had bagels, donuts, egg casseroles, and fresh fruit - fun and simple breakfast foods!  This was really easy! 

I also made two kinds of bread:

My Double Chocolate Banana Bread
and 
My Pumpkin Spice Bread

Paisley's First Birthday Outfit is by Mudpie and it looked super sweet on her!

We of course took it off and let Paisley eat her birthday cupcake in just a diaper!

She ate every last crumb of that cupcake! 

 I also took all of her monthly pictures and hung them up along with a chalkboard that shared her one year stats and some of her favorite things! 

I used a simple wall chalkboard like this:

Mommy Mondays: Paisley Jean is One: Part Two

I needed to write part two of this post so that I could share a little bit about Paisley being ONE!

On Friday December 11th, our sweetest third baby turned one!  I know I keep saying it but it was the fastest year ever!  

At One Paisley:
*can take several steps unassisted
*crawls up the stairs
*waves bye bye
*blows kisses
*follows directions (like come here or hand me that toy)
*has four teeth (and two more on the way)
*drinks out of a sippy cup
*says mama, dada, baba, Lacie, bebe, coffee, coco, nana, pop-pop and lots of other words
*tries to repeat anything you say

Paisley Loves:
*Elmo and Minnie Mouse
*her pacifier and her bottle 
*eating
*Lacie and Blakely
*looking at pictures 
*reading books
*playing with her baby doll - look at what a good little mama she is

Paisley LOVED her first birthday cake!  And she (not surprisingly) ate an entire piece!

*18 pounds, 13.5 ounces

Lacie's One Year Stats:

*21 pounds, 11 ounces

*30 inches

Blakely's One Year Stats:

*21 pounds, 14 ounces

On Friday December 11, 2015 (at 10:45am) Paisley Jean turned one after what was the fastest year of my life!
